1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service:

• Basic usage data (page views, tool usage counts, browser/device type) via server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
• Account information, if you create one (email address, hashed password).
• Anything you submit through the contact form (name, email, message).
• The file(s) you upload to a tool, handled as described below.

2. How your files are handled

Files you upload are transmitted over an encrypted connection, processed to produce your requested output, and stored only long enough for you to download the result.

• Uploaded files and processed results are automatically and permanently deleted within 1 hour of upload.
• We do not open, read, or review file contents outside of automated processing.
• We do not use file contents to train any model or share them with advertisers.

3. Third-party processing

File conversion and manipulation is performed by our own processing service, hosted on infrastructure we control. We do not send your files to third-party AI or conversion APIs. We do use third-party providers for infrastructure (hosting, error monitoring) and payments (if you purchase a paid plan). These providers act under contract and do not receive your file contents.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for essential site function (keeping you signed in, remembering preferences) and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Since files are already deleted automatically within an hour, there is generally nothing file-related left to request.

6. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, note it on the homepage.
